"Encinitas Smog & Auto Repair is great for getting a smog certificate. I've used them before. This time I had a vehicle from out of state that needed a smog certificate. It didn't certify the first time, but Jose told me exactly what to do. When I came back he remembered me and got me right in. This time I passed.
